I have some idea of the cost of this clock and frankly if I have to spend alot of money on books or send it to a repair shop it's just not worth it. If you tell my to look at the pwal, I need to know what you mean. My point here is the anyone willing to help me needs to be more discriptive. I know that the strike at 12:30 is actually two with the second somehow represted to make one but my clock won't do that. I do know that my clock has a gear with the teeth spaced so as to lift the hammer to cuase the strike. I don't know what a gatherer is or a rack. To me a gear is a gear, a shaft is a shaft. The clocks on-line have two.įIRST: I fix my clocks and have an understanding of how they work but I don't have a clue what the parts are called. ![]() Yes it has Schatz Royal Mariner printed on the face but it only has one hamer. I've looked on-line and found some information but it do not fit my clock. About a year ago it started ringing only even numbers. I've had this clock sence 1975 and I like it.
